All good idea's.<BR/><BR/>I like the plan you posted. I think I am going to modify it just a bit. Not sure I would have time to run 5 days a week. Right now I run 4 days a week, cross train on 2 (weight training) and take 1 day off. This seems to work for me. The plan you posted looks good though and would definitely get a person ready for the marathon.
