Whew!

It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks, folks. I have lots of updates to give, lots of blog reading/commenting to do (my google reader is up to 431--yikes!!!), and lots and lots of plans to make. BUT, the good news is that I'm officially out of that horrid, horrid job; thus, I should have plenty of time to do said things! More later (I'm such a tease, I know!) . . . but for now, I have some sleeping to do, as Half-Marathon #4 was completed today, and took QUITE a lot out of me (suffice it to say my disastrous half-marathon streak continues).

I'm thinking tomorrow may just be the best Monday ever! :)

No half marathon report yet?! Guess I'll have to stalk you on Facebook to find out how it went! Congrats on the freedom. Try not to be too bored though. How come you're not out running in today's 95 degree, dewpoint in the 70's weather???

Oh man, I went out semi-early for my run on Sunday (it was only a quarter-marathon!) and was thinking the whole time about how hot and unbearable the NYC half must have been. Then I thought maybe it wasn't the smartest time for a half-marathon. I mean, I guess it's supposed to coincide with the NYC full, but MAN. When is it not super hot in mid-August?!
