No. 2 = DONE

Hi all! Just a quick note to let you know that I didn't die on Saturday. I finished in 4:41:55 . . . which I would have expected to be disappointed in (I was hoping to run under 4:20). BUT, considering I basically died somewhere around mile-16 and managed to come back to life by mile-20 and run the majority of the last 10K, I'm feeling pretty proud. The most important thing is that marathon number 2 is done, and I'm actually feeling very excited about getting back into training! Race report to come soon! ;)

CONGRATS! I was wondering how it went for you. It's great you managed to push through the tough times at mile 16 - that's so hard, since there are 10 more miles to go. So Chicago is next for you?

Hey congrats Irish! Big high five to you for finishing #2. I have to admit, I was wondering since the weekend how you did so I'm glad to hear it all came together well.

Can't wait for the race report, but...uhhh...ummm...you're already back in training...aren't you supposed to recover first?

Congratulations on your marathon finish! I just thought I would stop by and introduce myself. I've just decided to join Chris, the Gibtown Runner's insanity, and join in on the Ragnar Relay in February, along with my brother. (I can't believe we're going to do this!) I heard you were strongly considering doing it too, and I hope you will.
